Role Description
Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Dependable Part-Time Driver in Stittsville, ON to transport residents.
The successful applicant will take residents to the events they have planned in a safe way and the trip will be relaxing and welcoming. This position requires patience, responsibility and great customer service skills as the drivers will be working directly with elders assisting them with their day to day well-being.

Responsibilities
Driver Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transporting residents to planned activities and events.
- Assisting residents on and off the bus.
- Safely help residents cross the street when necessary.
- By traffic signs, speed limits and the rules of the road.
- Delivering safe and reliable travel services.
- Clean out the car interior.
- Cars should be serviced regularly.
- Fill fuel tanks and windscreen washer fluid as needed.
- Check oil & tyre pressure.
- Report vehicle maintenance issues.
- Support daily transportation operations.
- Serve other related duties as required to ensure excellent service.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE NEEDED
Here’s what it takes to be successful in this Driver job in Canada:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid provincial bus transit driving licence
- Abstract (not censored) of the driver
- 1-2 Years Experience Driving
- Good communication skills in English (oral and written).
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to communicate respectfully with seniors.
- A responsible, safety-conscious attitude.
Experience in senior care, transport services, hospitality or client facing roles is preferred.
